Following the UK Government update on Sunday and further clarification from the Angling Trust, the committee are pleased to confirm that you can now recommence fishing on our River Leadon waters with immediate effect. Sorry for the slight delay in making this announcement but I wanted to contact our landowners to make sure they were happy for us to do so which I’m pleased to confirm they are.

Needless to say it's all about observing the social distancing guidance that we should all be used to by now. I think our waters probably offer complete isolation but please take care and use your common sense..

As you know we are now in the trout season so make sure you only use the appropriate methods and have your EA license and membership pass with you.

Anyone interested in fishing Taskers on a trial basis should let me know and I will contact Tim to make sure he is aware and happy.

Finally if you do fish I'd appreciate a catch return and any photos if possible.
